The Choice Farm House is located 7 miles west of Bedford, PA
just off Rt 31 near Manns Choice PA.
Bedford is in south central PA, exit 146 off the PA turnpike. Just
over 2 hrs from Washington and Baltimore, and 90 minutes from
Pittsburgh which helps make this an easy weekend trip.
The Choice Farm House can accommodate up to eight

Rental Information
- We rent to families or adults over the age of 25.
Check in after 12:00 noon
Check out before 4:00 pm
- Rates (up to eight people)
$300/weekend (Friday and Saturday night)
Each additional night $125.00
$900/weekly (Six nights/Seven days)
Flexible scheduling available
- A deposit for half the total required to confirm reservation,
balance due thirty days prior to arrival. A full refund, minus a
$50.00 cancellation fee, will be given if your cancellation is
received in writing 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable $200.00 security deposit required
Security deposit will be refunded seven days after departure provided there are
no damages.
- Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh linens, satellite tv, hair dryer ...
- Laundry facilities are available. All linens and
towels are provided. Central heat in winter
naturally cooled in summer. Picnic table.
